First time trying the ramen here and we are happy that we did. Tryed three different dishes, chicken, Noruto and spicy beef. Each has a very unique taste and we loved it, will definitely be returning.

The soup is great, food is great, everything is great only 2 things that's make it a 4 star is no parking and the place is too small, gets crowded very easily. Other wise, great ramen soups

My Wife and I have been going on a Adventure going around Tijuana trying different Ramen Places. We went about a week ago. so this is a late review.
Staff: friendly and warm welcoming. They attended us well. Happy about the Service.
Location: Its a small place. Had a hard time getting Parking. There is no parking for this restaurant. its clean and feels like a tiny kitchen restaurant.
Food: It was Delicious. I was shocked on how good the Food was. The noodles you can tell they are not your Maruchan ramen. The meat was so Soft and Tender. The portion is fair. I was satisfied. They do have an option for Double. If you are a big guy like me, i suggest the double. Its worth it.
Summary: Its a small place that packs a punch. if it was not for the parking I would of gave it the 5 starts it deserves. The food is what I can say tastes like Real Japanese Ramen would taste.

I love this place. Umami Ramen goes head-on for Latin-inspired ingredients and cooking styles. I've never in my life tasted crispy chashu that reminded me of lechon. The spicy ramen that I ordered definitely used Mexican chilis - and it was absolutely delicious.
This is one of the most unique ramen restaurants that I've ever been to and I've eaten at ramen joints all around the world including Japan. They're definitely doing something different and bold.
I don't recommend ordering the beef - who goes to a ramen restaurant anyway to order beef? It's all about the pork.

I'm being tough on the stars because I remember Ramen noodles and broth being exceptional, and even though I like the Ramen I had this time definitely was better on my last visit, the broth was flavorful but missed thickness or richness, the noodles were springy but missed chewiness, the gyozas still beautiful and crunchy (I suggest getting an extra of spicy for the Gyozas)
