The mole poblano here is esquisite. While pippian isn't my favorite the Pippian Verde is quite good; served over a large chicken leg and thigh attached. So, why 3 stars? The arachera is only fair. Their house special is arachera Don Gollo. It is priced right at $240.MX. It is served with a Chipotle chili sauce, mushrooms and cheese on top. Unfortunately, the arachera is rather thin and the mushrooms are canned. In today's Baja Med alta cuisine environment with farm to table freshness canned mushrooms are a disappointment in flavor, texture and appearance. I like this place and miss Don Roberto. So, if you go, get the mole or pippian. We will next time.
