Sylvia was an amazing guide! I high recommend this tour. I was happy to be introduced the craft brewery off the beaten path in a high rise building. Crossing and re-entering the border was also very easy. Many of the shop owners were super nice and offered us samples. The tour, public transit and taxi fare were all very economical.

We had a great day in Tijuana with Martha on the cultural tour. She was an excellent guide, relaxed and informative, and gave us a real feel for the city. It was great to visit the market, the beach and downtown, all travelled to by local bus which would have been impossible to navigate by ourselves! Also helped us track down some interesting mezcal at a good price.

We went on a private tour (family of 4) on 12/2017, and we were extremely pleased with the entire tour..Right from booking the tour we had a very pleasant experience. They were prompt in responding and answered all our questions. Martha was our tour guide She took us to all popular landmarks and other interesting places where local shop. Martha is very knowledgeable and very friendly. We really had a wonderful time and got to see a good part of Tijuana and learn a lot about the city. Will definitely recommend visiting Tijuana if you are planning to be in San Diego and private tour with Martha .

The tour with Fernando was quite the experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, it was highly educational, the tour was delicious, and we highly recommend the tour to anyone else!

We requested a private walking tour for two that was a blend of food and culture and Fernando was our guide. We were very fortunate to have Fernando as our guide as he brought us to many different restaurants, many different important cultural places in Tijuana and spent a significant amount of time with us answering our questions about life and the history of Tijuana.

Sylvia, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the city and it’s history. We learned so much, tried some new foods, and had so much fun. Also felt very comfortable and safe the whole time along the tour. Would definitely do it again!

Incredible tours that really get you off the beaten path. I'm an American who has spent a lot of time in Mexico, but I was in San Diego on my own and nervous about crossing the border alone or wandering into the wrong part of town. I am so happy I decided to do this tour!! We went to restaurants and bars that are the local favorites (not the tourist traps) and our guides were so knowledgeable about the history. I would recommend this tour to anybody. I had no idea that tijuana was such a young, energetic, and artistic city, and I plan to visit again when I'm in the area. Definitely worth the $20! Expect to spend up to $20 for your trolley, tacos, and drinks, and bring extra money to do some shopping in town.

We went on a private tour with Fernando and had a great time. He is very knowledgeable about the city and really knows his way around. We never felt unsafe and would do it again in a heartbeat.
