Beautiful and safe establishment. Very welcoming and caring staff. Dr. Illian was very polite and informative. Great place to come to for care.

Today June 3rd at approximately 2:30pm we were waiting in line to cross the border when we saw a boy around 5 years old running out of the parking lot and into the street, a male nurse running down the street after him. He clearly didn't want to be there he looked upset. It was all so confusing, where were his parents and why was he running away and into the street?!!! He could've been hit by a car, I tried to ask the boy if he was ok and the nurse told me he was fine and rushed off. Their patients obviously run danger.

Today was my second visit to the Hospital. The first visit was a month ago with a pediatrician by the name of Dr. Pamela Santos. She was wonderful. she was very nice and polite and answered all our questions. She even interacted with my son in a playful way. But my visit with the ENT Dr. Gabriela Del Carmen Ramirez today was a nightmare. We were told the appointment was at 10am. We patiently waited our turn to be called. About 11:15 my wife asked the front desk if we would be seeing the Dr. soon. We thought about leaving and coming back another day but they charge you up front (600 pesos) so we decided to wait it out. At around 11:45 we saw the ENT(Dr. Ramirez) walking out and the front desk lady told her she had one last patient (My son) and she looked extremely upset. We made our way into the office and the first thing she asked us right as we walked in was why we were late for our appointment? She actually had the nerve to blame it on us after we were there on time waiting for her for close to two hours. We brought lab results, X rays and just medical history charts. To give her a background of my sons situation(Already had tonsils removed and tubes in his ears) and she rudely interrupted and started raising her voice every time we tried to ask her a question. I was obvious she had somewhere more important to be and we were treated that way. Whats worse is that when she looked into my sons ear she was a little rough and now my son is telling us his ear is hurting. The hospital and the staff were great but I don't think Dr, Ramirez should be working with children with her bad attitude.
