I came here with my daughter as her support person for surgery. The hotel was way beyond our expectations! Most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful. The food was very good. The bartender Alfredo was great! I would highly recommend this place!

We were scheduled to take a tour but the tour driver had to cancel it, so our hotel shuttle driver found a different tour guide. There is a nice mall a few blocks away you can walk to or the hotel shuttle can drop you off.

Really nice and secure hotel! Very clean and nice service. I’m a platinum member. I was offered an upgrade. My room was nice with good views. I just didn’t like when I came back to my room it sounded like a party going on in it. The cleaning people had very loud music while cleaning. I think that’s why they take longer to clean.

The staff at this hotel is very helpful. The room we got is very spacious but will need to be updated soon as the furniture looks like the 90’s. Very secured hotel and parking lot. The pool is a good size for the hotel and two small jacuzzis. The gym is right next to the pool and all equipment is good. Overall a nice stay at this hotel.

This hotel is very nice and the whole staff is very welcoming and helpful. Not all the staff can speak English but that is ok. They are quick to find someone who does. Room service is the best. They have a swimming pool and a gym. There restaurant inside is delicious. They even have a buffet as well. The view from my room is pretty too.

Hotel needs a bit of updating and the service could use some attention. We sat by the pool and a waiter eventually came out and took our order, he returned once more, and then just disappeared for the rest of the time.

Upon investigation he was one of the servers at the indoor restaurant and must have been instructed to no longer go outside to take orders - doesn’t make much sense to me.

The rooms are okay, definitely time for an update. If you have points to use or can find the room rate less than $80 USD and need a place to stay, sure, but if you can avoid it I would.

Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming! The rooms were clean and room service from Fabrizzio was amazing! Jesus by the buffet was excellent! Roberto was really great with taking us places on the shuttle! All the staff was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay! I will be back!

Employees try hard and are friendly, professional and speak English. There is a parking garage that has plenty of parking. The location is waking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. The reason for the 3 stars is the place is dated. The rooms have and old feel. For those that are lucky enough to have Executive Lounge privileges the food is very limited.
