Great service. Clean rooms and great security. Every time I visit Mexico I stay here. Way better than 90 percent of the hotels in Mexico

They were rude, basically stole US15 overcharging and then saying the reason was the guy at the desk was new. But never bothered to give that money back. Shower was dirty and had a party until 3 am in front of my door, and started again at 6 am with drunk people making noise and talking súper loud. Moved to a super nice airbnb for the same price! Will never stay here again, and please don't you stay here either!!

The hotel advertises on an US site but all the television stations are in Spanish and can not be converted to English. Plus there was no hot water!

Dirty towels, in general cleanliness was bad , you could see trash in anywhere of the hotel.they say smokong is forvidden but 24 hours u can smell it.The room was good in terms ob comfort.But not a good place for a family

don’t get this confused with the R.Inn, the nice hotel. this is a one star MOTEL that lies about having wifi, breakfast, and uses other places pictures on their listings. I hope they go out of business cause its straight false advertising.

One starts for the Great location. Outdated building. You won't be able to sleep. It is next to a very busy street. The parking lot is very limited and everytime a car is on you will hear it in your room. Walls are very thin. I was able to hear EVERYTHING going on inside the adjacent rooms. Security walks around with at night with a very loud walkie talkie sharing personal information. No hot water available for two days. This should be a one start hotel.

Don't expect a view of anything .Its the bare minimum. 1 towel ..No wifi.. Expect to pay an extra $10 US..if you have a dog. Not a Big deal although it would be nice to know .Up Front.. Some things are Updated ..Air conditioner works well. but it was old and falling out of the wall.. I'll give it 2.5 stars.
