Alot of the workers don't know the products or what type of product SHOULD be used. They can point you to the right dept. Most of the time. This home depot only old products that the U.S stopped selling 2 years ago. If you want something basic you might find it there some of the time.

It's ok, we've been asking for a limon order of 20 planst but they can't seem to get it for us one of their workers told us that they don't have specific supply periods, they need to be more organized in that matter, I think they don't care much because theirs is the only home Depot around the area so they don't have competition.

Customer services is awful. Staff is not helpful and most have no knowledge of there assigned areas. Hard to find d someone e who is helpful even in the management department. Socializing amoung cashiers a nd customer service should not be as visible to were customers want to make a purchase and employees seem bothered by customer interrupting their social event. Very sad and bad visitm I only go to this home pepot because its close to me. Really hate going to it.

Well this home depo really sucked i got my truck and tools stolen there on Friday Oct ,8 2021 so what can I say the Camara caught everything but they refused to let me see they said i had to report it to ,911 witch i did that was my only way to do my work hope the land lord understands yeah right be careful the security didn't see a thing it's horrible.

On 7/31/21, I invested $320.00 dls, on a DEWALT DRILL, Battery operated at the Home Depot 2000, tijuana Mexico, 8/1/21-I decided, I would need a electric drill instead, I called the Manager at the store for their policy in returning the product, he stated he would need to take it to a Store Technician, for 15 days prior to the refund. I stated it worked, that the battery operated drill was not my preference, he stated he would not be able to return it due to the fact that I opened that box and used it.

I have been working w/ the surrounding Home Depots in Tijuana MX to return my unwanted investment, Home Depots, Tijuana, are not Customer Friendly, rude, Manager will not take my calls, refusing to refund me. I am extremely disappointed in Home Depot in Tijuana MX, SUCKS!
I will never invest in again, I will come to Home Depot, San Diego for any of my Future purchases. Bad Rating, I am getting ripped off, refusing to honor Home Depot, return policy, as we know it!

Dont have bags for the stuff you buy and they sell you a bag to buy at thier place for a lot of money, bag that cost them $0.10 cent and sell it to the customers for $1.00 dollar that's the way they treat their customers.
