I went to Coppell to fix some issues I had with my bank account and I finally had a good experience because I didn't wait as long as I usually do I waited like a half hour and the person that helped me was very very helpful but that's the only good experience I've ever had there normally there's tons of people and you have to wait forever and ever so today was good

They gave me a mattress at a really cheap price on credit. They have many sales going on right now.

The absolute worst if you're trying to reach them by phone. They do not answer their phone.I called 8 times and then on the 9th time someone picked up the phone and hung up. What type of business is this ? I hope you have better luck. The managers need to be aware that a phone line is for customer service and needs to treat as such.

Nice people, but typical slow wierd service. 1st visit don't accept dollars. 2nd visit, same transaction as 1st day, senorita verifys account # then send s me to other cashier to deposit. I do enjoy the store Coppell.
