My wife and I visited Tajima in Tijuana today and I can say that my Chicken Ramen was excellent. Now I need to figure out the location of Tajima here in San Diego so I can get my ramen more often. You got a couple of new fans today.

I've tried the Tajima in San Diego and even though this location is in another country, albeit about a 15-30 minute drive from San Diego, the quality does not falter. Delicious broth for the ramen I ordered and tasty noodles.

I was there one week ago. This ramen had no taste at all, very little flavor and definitely not enough salt. The service was ok, but I asked what the broth was for the different ramen and she said they are all chicken broth. I’m not sure that’s true because the website says some are a mix of chicken and pork

I had a Spicy Miso Ramen with pork. It was good. Not my first time here. It's fast if you are on a hurry. Plenty of space to keep your distance from others.

A proper soft boiled egg is a must in a bowl of ramen. Minus one star because of the hard boiled eggs (I actually ordered an extra one to be sure). They probably should have asked if I wanted chopsticks though. They brought me a regular spoon and fork. Minus one star for the spoon and fork but plus one star because the service was great.

It's a little bit crowded inside, a little pricey, and it can take a few minutes for your order to get to your table, but it's definitely worth it! The taste is really good and I have never had a bad experience there. I recommend the pork and chicken ramen.

I sincerely dont like Ramen. I know it's a very popular place. I guess if your into Ramen you'll love this place. On this occasion I actually visited another one of the eating options at the food court there.
