We love this place it is a paradise hidden in the "Zona Centro" of Tijuana. The installations are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and nice. They have their own parking and the entire experience is very comfortable and pleasant. A must try if you are looking to give your health a pamper.

The staff and Dr. Felix at Novastem are both compassionate and professional. They explained exactly what was happening during my procedure, and everything went as planned. It has been approximately one week since I had a stem cell treatment to improve symptoms of MS, and I am up and walking short distances and completing chores and making dinner already after being confined to a wheelchair for the better part of a year. My fiancé also had a procedure done on his fingers to treat arthritis, and he, too, is healing well. Paola is my all-time favorite. She checks in on us frequently to see how we are doing, and is always helpful, kind, and generally awesome. I would recommend Novastem to anyone in need of treatment of conditions that are not being relieved by traditional medicine. The clinic is beautiful and the facilities are modern and state-of-the-art. We are VERY pleased with our experience in Tijuana and would definitely return .

I would love to start this review by mentioning Paola first because she is absolute dynamite. She will be your first point of contact when reaching out to Novastem and your concierge during the process. I sent her a message via Whatsapp and within minutes had a consultation set up! Through out the entire process, she has responded to my inquiries, questions, concerns, and comments with professionalism, speed, and integrity. I am so grateful she is the forefront of this business because it paves the way for the rest of the staff you will be meeting.

Novastem was the first place I had a consultation with (in person) to perform a stem cell therapy treatment into my L4 disc. Dr. Izquierdo and Dr. Felix both sat in on the consultation and helped advise me on which procedure would work best for my situation. Having two specialists review my MRI and devise a plan of action so strategic, made this experience and consultation a lot easier. They were able to quote me an average amount of cells they believe would work, the exact procedure they would do, and how I would receive the best results.
I am a 31 year old active surfer and weight loss coach so I am constantly out and about, living a fun active life. I suffered a L4 disc herniation during work 6 years ago and over the last 8 months developed debilitating pain, soreness, and weakness in my lower back. Traditional doctors suggested a spinal fusion but I was not ready to lose mobility in my lumbar spine.

I’ve known the team of Novastem for a few years, and they offer top-quality regenerative services. My ozone IV was affordable, painless, and I could already notice an improvement in my breathing immediately after. The nurses and front desk staff (thank you Paola and Cynthia) were very friendly and competent, and the ambience and Dr. Vanessa Felix’s knowledge-sharing made it a VIP experience.
