Stay away from this place! the good reviews are fake! the rooms are extremely dirty, windows are small and it feel like a jail cell, wifi wasn't working or the tv sound. We immediately left and complained and they are now denying us a refund. Dishonest thieves!

Sleep Inn is a simple and no frills hotel. The bedding is clean and beds/pillows are what you should expect from a 2-3 stars hotel. Good plumbing and very good AC ;) should make your stay very comfortable!

Free breakfast is included, not fancy but you get 3-4 hot ítems plus fruits, yogurt, ok coffee and juices.

This hotel has a parking lot that is monitored by security 24hours. Airport shuttle service is free but is available at first come first serve basis. (When you book at Choice Hotel's web you can request the service, better yet you'll have a better rate for your room if you book directly with Choice. Pay in pesos if you have cc that doesn't charge int'l fees.)

I truely appreciated the positive attitude and how courteous all the hotel staff are at this location!!! I definitely will return again!

P.S. although you are close to MacroPlaza and other shoppings and restaurants but I don't recommend you walk to those places because they are across some extremely busy streets from the hotel, (you can walk to 7-Eleven, Chili's and Churrascaria do Brasil... ). Use ride-share service to get to the plaza!

Also, if you drive, the entrance to the hotel can be easily missed, if you see Farmacia La Más Barata, you want to turn right onto the hotel entrance before the parking lot of the pharmacy! (Unfortunately there isn't a sign)

Nope won't stay here again, got locked out of room front desk messed up our reservation, they over charged, sheets were dirty feeling and off white and rhe room was clostrophopic, no fridge, hallways were dirty carpet nasty, staff rude

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was delicious, staff was super friendly and security patrolled the parking lot for peace of mind.
Additionally it was close to the border and also a lab to get my required PCR test for entry back home into Canada.
Would recommend and stay again.

Too expensive for that level of service, but for one night is okay

Pros:
1. They offered cleaning and towels change every day.
2. Receptionists speak English.
3. Interior of the room was cozy (despite its small size) and the bed was excellent - I even made a photo of the mattress to buy such one later.
4. They offer not very varied but pretty nutritious breakfasts (here I tried fried cactus for the first time).
5. Shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

Cons:
1. Room was pretty dusty and it needs big cleaning - I found a piece of someone's fingernail and a clothing tag under the mattress topper.
2. Terrible flush in the toilet - it's not enough, you should use it several times in a row to make everything appropriately.
3. Bed clothing needs to be changed to a new one - it has stains and puffs.
4. Too thin walls here - I could hear everything from neighbor rooms and I felt when someone hit the adjacent wall.
5. The safe didn't work.

I had a wonderful experience at sleep in hotel everything was well organized, staff were dress professionally and security were guarding at their post, multiple parking around the perimeter, walking distance attractions I was very satisfied with the visit
