I love this little bar! I have been twice now and have come here to kill time while my girlfriend is down the street at a spa. The scene is good and it's nice that the bar is on the second floor and you are a bit removed from the busy streets. The drinks are cheap and even the food is good. I have personally had the Paloma cocktail and wings. If you are looking for a nice spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the streets this is it. Plus it's nice to be able to grab a drink, relax, and people watch while you enjoy the culture. Don't forget to bring cash as Ruta 3 does not accept credit card ????

I definitely recommend this location in Tijuana! The food is great and the drinks even better. It's also great if you are visiting with pets since it's pet friendly! The view from the top is great!

I always have drinks and eat at Ruta 3 in downtown Tijuana. I love to sit at the windows so I can see what's happening in downtown. I have been there so many times that my favorite waiter Juan always shows up with a cold modelo for me. Will be back soon.

A bit over priced compared to other bars. Tecate is 45 pesos ($2.30). Not horrible but the biggest issue is you cant watch 2 sports at the same time. There was an NBA playoffs game and an NHL playoff game on at the same time, and we had to pick one or the other. No sound on the games either, unless there's an "event" going on (no, NBA playoff games dont count as an event).

Not a sports bar. Loud music and no volume for lakers Playoff Game . Only three televisions working with glare from balcony.

Excellent food at a good price. Definitely will be back to this place.
