Poor customer service! I was charged for a dish that was ordered by mistake. We informed our server of the mistake right away as he delivered the dish. He took the dish away, and returned to tell us that he will be charging us for the dish we didn't want. He told us it was our mistake, and we had to pay for it. Yes, a misunderstanding happened while ordering. I only speak a little Spanish, so there was a language barrier. Obviously the restaurant didn't want to lose out on the cost of a pesto pasta dish, so they got their 190 pesos from me. I will tell you they will never get another red cent from me, so they lost a lot more, A customer for life.
