Very nice place, ideal for anything you might need for your pets. Employees offer help and guidance and trust me, you'll need it. The store is huge and you may be lost in awe looking at all the nice stuff.

Second time they get my online order wrong, the first time they got the wrong bag of food and took them 40 minutes to look for it. Turned out they never pulled it. The second time I ordered two bags, according to the app the order was fulfilled. When I got there they only had one in stock, they told me they were going to call me when the other bag would be available .. they never did . I called back l, they confirmed it was ready for pick up. I get there and it turned out they never had it. I understand things go wrong but the management team needs to be more efficient in training their people. You can't just have customers going back and forth wasting their time.

Very small, the staff is not very organized. If you want mote variety and better service go to Playas

A great place to go for your pet supplies, they have a great variety of products, food, toys, etc. Also they have a grooming section and a veterinary. A tip to save is to order online and choose store pickup so you can save some percentage rather than paying full price, also if you are registered you could earn discount coupons.
