Simply one of the most interesting restaurants in Tijuana! Wonderful location with great views , beautiful atmosphere and terrific food! Try their snail tacos... delicious. The Caesar Salad, made at your table is amazing! Very elegant restaurant,where Tijuana elite meet, but moderately priced. We love going there and are always impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. Try it!

The security guards are homophobic. After the parking attendant took our money without telling us the museum was closed yesterday, we just wandered the property to look at the exterior. We sat down on the perimeter of the dome like a bunch of other people were doing and a security guard came over to tell us we weren’t allowed to sit like that, even though there was a straight couple right next to us sitting the exact same way. So we just moved away from him and another security guard came and told us the same thing. We refused to move this time so he called a third guard over in an attempt to intimidate us. We wouldn’t budge so they finally just left us alone but damn you need to hire new staff. I have hardly ever felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome anywhere. At a “cultural center” of all places — such ignorance is unacceptable.

exibits are always fantastic! this place anchors a great comunity and I have been here many years for the book fairs and free concerts and great food and crafty drinks and churros........

This is, despite being in the pretentious international museum hall of the city, a regular place with no charm or personality. Food is good, but you can find better places in Tijuana

Great upscale place for a nice dinner. Service is flawless, food is very good as well. Nice ambiance for a pleasant evening.

Not to be missed in Tijuana! Surprising building, good exibitions and helpful staff. Sundays it is for free.
