I always love this place. It's like home to me. Being born in America, I never felt at home. The people there are wonderful and respectful. As long as you give the same respect! But that's anywhere you go in the world. Despite our countries lack of empathy towards the Mexican people, you never know what your missing in life until you visit this place.????????❤️ Not to mention the fact that they are completely on top of this whole virus thing, and checking temps, using sanitizer and wearing masks in all places visited.

Great place to cone and visit with your family. It has a little bit for everyone. I just discovered a place for kids call "mini city" not bad. Is like a city where kids get to perform jobs as if they were adults living in a city.

The 5 or 6 times I have gone to this Scotiabank location. I never really take long. As long as you go before 12pm. And not on a Payday. Like 30th or 15th of the Month. Also the Gentlemen at the Front. Filtering people and telling you what is required. Hes really helpful. Sometimes their is no need to go to the teller. He can actually do some of the processes for you.

My first time going. It's a clean mall without any roofs like old style. Very updated and security everywhere. Plenty of parking. They charge 5 pesos per hour. Nice shops just like you will see in states. Someone told me. It's better to park here than at to border. 1. Tj border hard to find parking sometimes especially on west ped way. I had that experience. No parking. You park at the Rio plaza and take taxi cost 5 pesos to the San ysidero border. It's alot easier than parking at border and pay high price.

Prices are cheap through out this mall. The prices are similar to the outlets here in the USA. The workers at Starbucks spoke good English. And the food was really inexpensive.

There are many stores located in the plaza. The supermarket Soriana has a wide selection of imported products that are worth a try. Parking is limited at times. It would be nice if the plaza had more selection of stores.

This place has the worst customer service on the planet! They need to fire everybody and start over with employees that are willing to do their jobs.
