It was perfect it comes with a garage so your car is safe, and your room is right above the garage i would compare it to mt vernon in Escondido, Ca. You get your money worth. I wouldnt recommend to disabled people because theres no elevator to acess your room.

It's pretty good for the price the only things bad is that their cable was out but other than that its pretty goodi would recommend it..it's about 10min from the airport and about 15-20 from the Otay port of entry
