Wonderful hotel. I have great stay with my husband. The rooms was very clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking was available in the hotel and all malls was near to hotel.

Great for storing your car and getting dropped off at the airport. Didn't get picked up at the airport, ended up getting a cab back.

Good family oriented place to stay. We stayed the night to wait for our flight the next day. The room was clean, linens on the bed were clean and fresh. The restaurant food was delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They will take you to the airport in their van for a small fee. Very convenient. 4 stars because the toilet paper in the bathroom was less than 1/4 roll.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had a layover and the close proximity to the airport made it very easy to connect. The hotel provides a taxi to the airport for 80 pesos. The rooms were fairly large and most importantly clean. This is my new go to stop for TJ layovers.

Nice room and nice staff however seemed a little small and I'm not aware if they had a pool or any kind of lounge for guest. Would come back.

Staff is nice and welcoming, I give them 5 stars, however the 2 stars are for the cleaning crew; as soon as I opened the room door I was welcome by the stink of pee, it wasn't too strong but definitely you can smell it and it was in every room, sheets and pillow cases were not changed after the last guest, there were hairs on both and pillow cases smelled like a dirty head, walls were dirty and there were all kind of stains on walls, towells had a dirty smell on them, it seems like if there is no visible stain nothing will get washed or changed; room decor is way too off, the hotel lacks personality. Price is fair but definitely it won't be a regular spot for me.

I had a very bad experience before ending up at this hotel. But the gentlemen working there were so kind and understanding. I particularly want to thank the gentleman who carried my bag and drove me to the airport in the morning. After some very tough few days, he really lifted my spirits and brought me hope. Thank you!!!
