This place looks good on outside but when you walk in..the bad customer service begins.. we were told a specific price but when the bill came..it was a different price. Not including the management forced us to Tip for bad customer service. I believe they favor certain Race of people over others .I hope management takes care of this situation before they lose more potential customers.

I had a very bad experience with this place a few days ago when I was trying to get in with a couple friends I was told that I had to buy a total of three bottles plus I had to tip the person that was letting us in $100 just to walk in the door! This is ridiculous I’ve been a very good customer with them for a while and have always had small issues but never one like this

I’ve been a very loyal customer with these guys for a long time and recently they were very busy I tried walking in because my brother had already ordered one bottle they were busy so they told me I needed to tip $100 just to walk in when I offered to buy two bottles on the spot and was still refused service with a very bad attitude

Cobran 2000 pesos de consumo oara mesa pequeña de 3 personas en la pista. Supuestamete VIP un minimo de 9000, y es hasta la orilla, ni si quiera cerca de la pista. Son groseros, no tienen buen servicio al cliente, y ni si quiera va gente. A las 11 pm estaba totalmente vacio. NO RECOMENDADO
