My stay here was excellent. The bar and restaurant staff were fantastic. Erick, Karina and Perucho took care of me my whole stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Also, the hotel is super clean and the housekeeping crews cleaned my room every day of the stay without me having to request it which seems like is becoming the norm in other resorts/hotels.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The breakfast is outstanding in choices and tastes amazing! The rooms are well kept and hotel staff are very accommodating and responsive. Only issue is the hotel is located near some night clubs, so wear earbuds or grab some ear plugs from front desk. Highly recommend! Looking forward to coming back!

Horrible experience. We arrived tired from driving to a dirty room. Called twice and they put us on hold. We had our three children with us. We had to walk to the lobby. Where they told us they were totally booked. That there was no housekeeper. They offered us a room with only two beds or a king size bed with a soda bed. Both options were not accommodating as we were 5 people. We ended up canceling our reservation at 10:30. My kids were tire and exhausted. Very poor service here. Will not be coming back to this dirty place. The toilet was stained with urine. Their excuse was that it was a discrepancy on behave of the housekeeper. Unacceptable they ruined our long weekend we had planned.

EVERYONE was so helpful, respectful u0026 thank you Mike for being so compassionate when my daughter, Lillian left the hotel for her surgery u0026 I became emotional! The chief knows how to cook u0026 the driver, (his name started with an "L") was a great people person! Thank you for getting us to the airport safely!! God Bless ????Hyatt Place u0026 all the employees!! ???? ????

The staff was so friendly! The food at the breakfast buffet was great. There was than enough to get full on. Our room was very clean. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Tijuana

I stayed at the Hyatt in Tiajuana while I was having a medical procedure. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The Hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated. My husband was disappointed that it didn't have a pool or hot tub, however it did have a gym and was within walking distance to a few shopping areas and restaurants.

FIVE STARS! Alfredo Peti really knows how to take care of customers! I will be a returning customer because of his amazing customer service today. Keep it up Hyatt so happy to be able to stay in an establishment with exemplary staff.
