I'm in a simple room and for the most part everything is great with the exception of the bed comforter, it has cigarette burns and it looks old, as for everything else I have nothing to complain about, there was a bit of noice from other people in other rooms but nothing too serious to complain about. I will definitely be coming here again.

Very nice Hotel. Very clean and modern. Love the gated parking area. Definitely staying here again. Highly recommended

Bed Bugs! On Oct 6th 2018 we stayed in room #217 and found bed bugs. My son, husband and myself had to leave at 2am because I refused to stay after seeing these disgusting bugs. I spoke to the hotel supervisor " Caridad Soberanes" who was very unprofessional, rude, and hung up the phone while discussing the issue. I do not understand how she obtained her position because she does not know anything about customer service. They are being negligent and careless if people get bit by the bugs. I found out there was other customers complaining about bed bugs. The hotel staff already know about this issue and still rent out the rooms. The prices went up and the rooms are still filthy and infested with bed bugs. This hotel should be shut down until inspection is cleared. Not only was my family affected but we are at risk of bringing these bugs back home. I will definitely take legal action against this hotel.

It's a nice place, it looks like a brand new hotel. They still finishing building. There is everything you want, just no fridge, no safe lock, no heater if you come in winter, well our room didn't have heater. There is wifi, cable and such.

Really dirty carpet was so dirty wifi did not work I would have to turn on and off to get service on my laptop.. really noisy it was under construction and the stairs were so slippery I paid 1020mx plus 200mx deposit I did get back but do not recomend this place

The price was reasonable and place was comfortable. Good view of parking lot.

Was there this weekend hotel was clean. The person that worked night was really good watching for our safety and Security. Thank You.
