The walls are thick the rooms are clean and uncomplicated. The car was safe because there's a lot of staff and security. The staff was amazing. Everyone speaks English if you don't speak Spanish and the restaurant is some of the best breakfasts I have had in a long while. Try the fruit/yogurt, French toast was the best I've ever had in my life, and try the more traditional Mexican food too. It was really good and I'm a cook. Oh and the coffee/latest were really a treat too. There's also a pool for a family friendly space.

The hotel itself is very nice. Facilities are solid and the staff is super friendly. As an English only speaker, it was easy to communicate with everyone. The restaurant on premise was amazing! I would give them 5 stars by themselves. They were incredibly helpful and great with service. The food was fantastic.

Where the hotel falls short is the rooms. You may as well sleep on the floor because that is what the mattress is equivalent to. The shower was on a whole other level of low flow. It doesn't help that it's an overhead rain style showerhead.

I stayed here since my significant other was getting surgery at the Baja Medical Center, and they offered discount pricing. If were not for the rooms, I would fully recommend this hotel, but if you are looking for comfortable beds, stay elsewhere.

The hotel is well located, it is in a very safe area and the guards are always aware of everything. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel has several restaurants inside and a bar, everything is very tasty, a little expensive if you don't bring dollars. The pool is comfortable, nice and heated. The attention of the staff is excellent. I highly recommend it, only the bed is a little hard, other than that everything is perfect.

The staff was outstanding. Our room did have a few issues (some of which was mechanical, some was our assumptions). The items that they could fix, they did immediately, without question.
We did learn that (part of our international travel training) it is expected to use one's room key to turn the power on in the room... This resulted with no alarm clock and no refrigerator in the rooms; not the hotels fault, apparently this is standard. A closet or closet rod would have been a nice addition to hang my shirts.
The three restaurants by the pool offered tasty food, and the bar / coffee bar was great too.

We had a reservation for the night of 8/13/22 . Lots of parking and felt safe . Just there to pick up someone from airport next morning. I was a little nervous because of the situation happening in Tijuana . Our reservation was less that we were quoted online, which was great . The staff is very kind and helpful. The beds were firm , but I’ve slept on harder beds . Towels were not stain free but clean. We had more than enough . We didn’t get to swim in pool but I feel it needed to be cleaned because the water was very cloudy . We enjoyed some drinks at the bar and a delicious shrimp cocktail. No continental breakfast offered.
We will be returning here for sure . ☺️

I have to say the staff were incredibly kind and considerate, informing us of all the hotel amenities and local places to go see. We checked-in sometime in the afternoon and the bed, bathroom, and general room were rather nice. Though as other reviews said, the mattress was pretty hard but it was not an issue for me. Where the hotel falls short is the crazy noise level of the other guests and thinness of the walls. The family in the room next to us had a child that was endlessly screeching, bouncing on the bed, and physically throwing themselves against our shared wall. They then proceeded to start having yelling matches at around 8 am in the morning with the kid screaming, crying, and throwing things. During the night things were somewhat ok but there seemed to be couple of intoxicated guests that were wandering the halls. It’s unfortunate about the other guests because this otherwise would have been a very nice place to stay but they completely ruined the experience of staying here.

Stayed here over the weekend. Right away the receptionist was really rude and giving attitude. The walls are super thin you can hear everything. The following day there was no water in the hotel, took like 40 minutes for them to fix and when watered started coming out it was brown and leaving a stain on the shower and bathroom sink. I was not expecting that at all.
