They deserve 0 stars especially being a Marriott brand. I’m writing here since I never got a guest satisfaction survey after my stay as I usually do staying at any Marriott. I will never stay here again. When i got to my room the bathroom was so dirty with mud footsteps on the floor etc. The cleaning lady was in the hallway so i asked her to fix it and she half cleaned it. She didn’t speak English so i let it be and wiped down the toilet etc myself. I was skeptical about the beds being cleaned but everyone acted like they couldn’t understand English at all. The water pressure is so low and this hotel doesn’t supply the basic lotion and soap bottles. All they put out was a mini bar of soap. I could barely sleep because there was so much banging on the walls and when i asked they said they’re working on something. How is that acceptable. And for the price, it’s definitely not worth it. I should’ve stayed elsewhere for the same with better quality and service. Then I left my charger by accident and called the next day to check and they claim no one has seen it. I don’t know what I was expecting. Worst experience ever.

Great hotel. Clean and central. My only reason for the 4 star is because I think front desk staff could have been been more kind.
Kitchen staff was very helpful. Breakfast area was clean with many self serve options and fresh juice.
Cleaning staff was attentive and helpful.

The purpose of a hotel is to have a wonderful/great rest or sleep right? u0026 not waking up to a back muscle pain every day of our stay due to the beds thinking it may have been the driving but definitely not u0026 my wife the same issue the following day on the other bed on which she slept with our toddler..
From all hotels I've stayed at in life, by far the beds in this one has been the worse waking up in the middle of the night with muscle pain due to how uncomfortable u0026 uneven they're, it may have been just the beds in our room, I don't know 乁( •_• )ㄏbut definitely won't be back to this property.

Excellent hotel. New, comfortable beds, perfect AC and black out blinds. Good size tv. Clean restroom with walk in shower.
Excellent breakfast buffet and good gym. Great location.

Everything was great . Service, cleanliness of room polite staff. Only draw back was parking when we got done being out and about, there w as s no more parking in the hotel.

We have stayed here over 30 times in the last year. This is a great place to rest. Very secure and there is security at the parking structure so your vehicle will be safe there too. Front desk personnel are very courteous and ery helpful. The rooms have been very clean all the time. Breakfast is also very good. The food that they sell is also very delicious. Love this place. No negative things to say bout it. The barbershop is badass too. There is a taco stand outside on the sidewalk, badass delicious tacos.

This is a Marriot branded hotel. One of two Marriott locations in Tijuana. Employees are friendly and professional. Plenty of parking, and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Rooms are more modern than Marriot Tijuana. American breakfast is nicely done. Nice selection of breakfast items. No Executive Lounge.
