This is the second review I write,
I felt the need to write two because front desk and doctors treated me completely different and I think it’s fair for them to see who’s screwing who over.
Any medical person I met at this hospital (doctors, surgeons, Anesthesia specialist, nurses etc.) did a really good job explaining everything and I do appreciate you guys. This staff in particular was kind and genuine. The only reason I give a 4/5 is because of the front desk team. The hospital in general is a really good hospital. Very very clean and you do find very kind staff members, money wise this definitely beats a lot of other places) for two surgeries and a dental (with extractions) + medication I paid 400 something dollars. I personally work at a vet as a vet assistant and I would’ve paid closer to 2.5k on all of this. So by all means the pricing is definitely worth it.

My 2 year old golden retriever needed emergency surgery cause he ate some toy and got stuck in his intestines. In the US it was going to cost me 5k to 8k to have surgery to save him. But I went to this place and was able to save him for a fraction of the cost. Thank you so much for saving my baby life. It was well worth it.

We went at 2 in the morning because my dog u200bu200bsuffered from plant poisoning, the doctor did not check the vital signs(temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, etc) he didn't check ANYTHING other than the pupils and it wasn't done properly ( pretty sure the light didn´t reach the actual eyes)
He never touched my dog, gotta clarify its a small harmless dog.
And only with that he wanted us to leave her hospitalized there and perform several treatments, which should be based on at LEAST a physical examination, and a proper medical history (allergies, past procedures, ..) since they may harm her.
When we expressed that we didn't want her to stay there, the vet got angry and started ignoring our questions.
He did not provide a treatment for the intoxication, which depends on the time of ingestion, it´s a matter of time, an emergency that need it to be treated QUICKLY, not in hours like he wanted, we went to another vet.
Just as humans deserve a good medical consultation, animals do too.

Came from the US for a late night emergency visit and was helped by Dr Maurcio and he was very professional and kind. This is a better experience than almost every vet in the US and much cheaper as well. My dog got an exam, an ultrasound, an x ray and 3 medications for only 200 USD. In the US this would cost a minimum of 600 USD. The Doctor answered all my questions and concerns, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know.

I'm was Very, Very impressed with the professionalism of the staff an the Doctors !!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARIAN HOSPITAL ???????? !!!!! ???????????? Seeing ???? is believing.

So brought my girl in because she had her tooth stuck in her lip and we were not able to get it out all hospitals were booked out so i came Here and arrived at 6:30 am i was Told 3 different times that my girl would be out of surgery . I was Told at 9:30am then at 12:30 then again at 4:00 pm she didn’t end up going into surgery until 7pm yet i was Charged extra for having her here early but didn’t get her even seen till way later on in the day . I called Multiple times to try to get an update and they said they had none . I explained I don't live in TJ and wanted to just know a time she would be done and everyone refused . They took multiple patients before they even took care of my dog . Horrible customer service . Be careful cause they charge you instantly and once you pay you can’t ask or a refund even if they take all day on your dog .

This is a great place to take your dog, is a modern facility, the people that work there is super nice and on top of that they are affordable! what else can you ask for!
