Do not stay here, it is not anything close to what they advertise online. I booked two rooms for one night for the memorial day weekend. When we arrived we noticed that there was no valet service and two elevators were out of service. The water in the pool looked brown and the jacuzzi did not have the heat on. Then we realized the elevators were out of service. Thankfully the staff helped carry the bags up to the third floor. The rooms unfortunately were covered in mold and there was a smell that we could not get rid off even after airing the room. The room was swarming with mosquitos and the box frame had no covers. This is not a clean family environment. Another issue was that the parking is open and can be accessed by any pedestrians at all hours of the night, which we considered too risky.

Visit this hotel as a transit place. I have travel by road next day morning. I stayed her one night. Food is good. Service is good.

Positive: Location near the Otay Border and airport. Shopping center with plenty of good restaurants to eat. The staff at the hotel was great and the rooms clean and comfortable. Definitely a great hotel that I will recommend to friends and family. Negative: Old condition of the shower

The hotel looks nice, Customer service was great. Walking in to the room it looked decent but we pull down the blankets to go to sleep and the sheets had hairsssss even the pillow had some and it was on both bed. The bathroom had hair to. It looks like they didn't change the sheets or clean the bathroom. That really sucks ????. This is my second time staying in this hotel the first time everything was great but today I'm not a happy . I will not be staying here anymore

Do not stay here. My pickup truck was stolen from the parking lot during my stay. There are better options close by all of them have better security.

It's been 7 hours since the incident and they have not been able to share with me the video-recording from their cameras.

If no recording is delivered to me I would suspect foul play.

Slow service. Empty semi modern hotel. Worst Mexican food in my entire life! It was an embarrassment to Mexico!
