The dorm fridge didn't work. They did however offer to bring in a different one. Rooms were smaller than I'd have liked. Very clean and excellent customer service. Wasn't charged one day I canceled early on. If I was in the room alone I'd have stayed

Stayed there multiple times for business. Great breakfast, nice and clean rooms. The only issue is the TV situation. Some rooms have no US channels and the few that do, have problems with choppy audio and video. Pretty frustrating when you want to enjoy the last couple hours before bed after a stressful day at work. It might not be a big deal for others but for me personally it is.

The 1st room was not up to par. It was on the 5th floor. The curtains were torn and each bed had hair on the sheets. The entry way had not been swept. There was a lot to choose for breakfast. Eggs and beans were actually bland. The salsa they had helped the blandness. The employees were all very kind and respectful. I visited the pool and as I was holding the rail it was very loose and I almost slipped due to the slime I felt under my feet. I spoke to an employee about the rail being loose and he had someone take care it it right away. They have a laundry room that is free to use and is open 24 hours. The laundry room is located on the first floor. I called the front desk to ask if the machine dries and I was told it did not. I saw that at a certain setting your laundry will dry but it will take a little over 5 hours. That a combination of washing and drying. It's open 24 hours so, it's definitely do-able. I did another load in the morning but the machine had an error code. I went to the front desk at 7 minutes to 12 and told the front desk clerk to check me out. I explained, I had asked one of the cleaning ladies to help me because the washer got stuck. She messaged a maintenance man to come help. I explained I would return because I needed to place my things in the car. I went back to the laundry room and they were wringing my clothes out. I only had 4 items in the washer. When I made it back to the front desk an employee mentioned check out was at 12. I had already checked out. I was there to return the spare key that I used to go get my laundry. I thought that was rude of him. I believe he was the manager. Overall 2 ????.

The staff is nice and helpful, but someone tried and break into my car when I parked it below in the parking of the hotel. Resulting me to pay over $1000 in damages done to my car. I’m actually really disappointed. This is the second time I stayed here and the first time I stayed here for two consecutive days. Compared to this time I only stayed a night. I actually thought my car was safe in the hotel parking but I thought wrong. And I actually liked this hotel, but I will no longer stay here, I don’t want to keep risking damages to my car everytime I go.

Hotel over charged more than quoted on my confirmation. They tried to charge me $150 deposit when checking in and wanted me to sign a credit card receipt for the amount of the stay plus $150 usd. I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago the service was much better. Would not stay here again or recommend.

We had a great stay! Staff very polite and professional. Daniela and FD very helpful. Don’t remember the rest of staff . Patricio went above of our expectation, very polite very kind person 5 stars service He made us feel welcome! Super friendly Carlos too great quality of service!! Clean rooms thanks to Meche! Highly recommended

Good location and good breakfast. Overall stay was nice. I booked my stay with Hilton.com, I gave the front desk the same card I booked. During my stay, I didn't have room charge so when I checked out, I was told that nothing was charge to the room and that I was good to go. However, when I got home and looked at my credit card bill, the charge was more than my reservation under Hilton.com. I am wonder if that has happened to anyone.
