Sushi rice for yakimeshi?!?!?! It's too salty and wet. I couldn't taste the rice. You have to understand.. rice is the main dish.. everything else is to compliment the rice.

Other than the rice.. the special order salmon was good. But.. the rice killed it. I really wanted rice.
