I’ve stayed here twice and both times we have been treated great, the complimentary breakfast has been quite good and a nice selection of food. They have coffee and tea all day. The rooms have been clean and quiet. We plan to come back again in July. It’s a great hotel for the price. I don’t have any complaints. Definitely recommend.

The place is very nice and they have very great customer service.But the sheets in the bed are very dusty. It seemed like they weren't freshly clean sheets I could not sleep, all night I was itching all over my body. The pillows are very uncomfortable they're not full size standard pillows they're like cushions. No bueno ????. The breakfast meal they offer is very well set up and has a variety of selections.
Unfortunately I will stay there again because of the security they have with your vehicles and it feels like a very safe environment. I have not had any safety issues. This is the only reason why I will rate it a five because of their security, and customer service.

Stayed at this hotel last night. Double beds dirty sheets with hairs. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean sheets. It was absolutely disgusting.The sink had hair. I will try to post a picture. I always take pillow cases and sometimes sheets, (forgot.)This time I didn’t.

Rooms are clean, people at front desk are friendly but, breakfast is really poor!!
Supposed to be until 11am. I got there by 10:15am and almost everything was gone, I asked the only lady working in that area and she said : I’m busy and I can’t put more food!! Which I was really disappointed. They should pay more attention. I don’t think I’ll go back to that hotel again. They are so many hotels available for my next time in tijuana.

Hospitable hotel in Tijuana . They offer free breakfast. Clean hotel with gracious staff. Abigail at front desk was so patient, helpful and accommodating to me. She helped me print out my train tickets effortlessly. Very kind and gracious bellhop carried my luggage u0026 helped me very graciously . I felt safe and secure here. Quiet u0026 relaxing . I had a very good night’s sleep. Nearby local areas u0026 supermarket Soriano. Thank you Abigail for being so kind u0026 helpful.

Would never recommend to stay at this “hotel”. I’ve never met such a rude staff. Never in my life. Staff was extremely rude, mean and unfriendly. When I came to the reception to check in, NO ONE from the staff paid attention to me. I was so shocked. Where did they get such an audacity? Moreover I had problems with check in because of them and they don’t speak English at all. Also if you want something it turns to a freaking challenge cause as I already said no one speaks English. Forgot to mention the fact that this “staff” can just grab your keys and say “go away” in a rude manner if you forgot to wear your mask once you go outside of the hotel and don’t make a contact with people. They don’t polite at all and I guess they never heard of this word. Like how tf is it possible? I’ve never faced such a disgusting service.
Speaking about room, it was so dusty and smelled SO BAD. Towels weren’t clean at all. Never recommend this bed bug in entire life and I don’t think something will be actually changed.
