Everything tasted great. The fried won ton was excellent! The consistency of the sauces here is professional, which is unfortunately not a default across restaurants in Hong Kong/China.

NO BIG DEAL AT ALL AS YOU CAN SEE I TRYED 4 plates and left everything there tasted and all 4 tasted the same i guess the same OYSTER SAUCE they put on everything I CAN NOT BELIEVE OTHER PEOPLE LEFT REVIEWS SAYING BEST OF TIJUANA WOW RATHER DO PANDA EXPRESS FOR THIS KIND OF FLAVOR

Chan's in delightful with outstanding service. A bit pricey however the quality of the ingredients is easy to see.

The food is alright, flavors are not that much different from your typical budget friendly Chinese restaurant in Tijuana. The place is very very overpriced. The service is great, but that's about it. We ordered Orange chicken, chicken and shrimp low mien, a slice of cake and a jug of lemonade. Everything came out to $65. Not to mention the plates are a bit smaller then your typical Chinese restaurant in TJ which costs $5-6 per plate. I wouldn't recommend. Very high end for nothing.

A friend told me that the owner changed the chef during COVID due to the chef's age. The taste of the food has declined since the change. I really hope that Mr. Chan will reconsider letting the chef and bring him back.
