The tour bus was overbook and it was it did not leave when it was supposed to. we reserved our seats a day prior once we showed up they notified us that they had overbooked it. The lady at the counter did apologize and said to comeback at a different time. We did as she said and the bus did not leave at the time it said they would so we waited 45 minutes after the departure time. Not a good experience

Tuve una exelente experiencia tanto en el recorrido como en el personal nos divertimos mucho pero mas agradecida y sorprendida x su honestidad ..estando en el resturante olvide una bolsa con varias cosas y ya estando abajo el chofer fue personalmente en su moto y me la trajo.y eso me lleno de satisfacción.
