What a truly remarkable place, such a gem of a hotel! This was a fantastic stay, albeit entirely too short. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the service from staff are all without equal. I think my favorite part was the view from the room. It felt like old world meeting new world right out your window and overlooking the local plaza AND the Cathedral de Tepic taking center stage. Incredible! If I had to make mention of an area needing improvement, it would be recommending to guests what and where to go according to their interests, like a concierge. We found (by pure accident) a tour of the city on a bus with a VERY charismatic and flirty tour guide, but this was by chance. A little direction and suggestion would have been helpful. Overall, however, the place exceeded my expectations and deserves the rating they have clearly worked diligently to secure. I highly recommend this place either for a single night, or a short stay. You will not be disappointed. ???? And ask about the short city tour... it's well worth it!
