Worst experience ever, I shouldn’t ever book or even attempt to search for this place. First we arrived to location and vehicle wasn’t ready, according to the guy that was there, 2 tires for vehicle in question that I booked several weeks before blew up to previous renter. We weren’t offered another vehicle not even they apologize for circumstances. I not even received en email about situation, apparently Expedia don’t appreciate their customers. I extremely don’t recommend this place.

This company sucks i reserved a vehicle for my Family 2 months before trip and wen we get to dollar office they do not have any vehicle for me an my family we were stuck ther whit no transportation 10 am i till 1:30 i get a taxi to center of tepic to fine others rental
