I loved this hotel. The right price, delicious food cooked to perfection. I loved that there was security at the entrance of parking lot. Made me feel very safe and not worried about my vehicle not being safe. I loved that there was a lot if things in walking distance so If I wanted to go walking around and site see, I could. I loved the fact that the sliding doors open up to the courtyard and I had instant access to the pool. I THOUGHT THAT WAS AMAZING!!!! Over all I loved this place and will be visiting it more often. It is now at the top five of favorite places to go.

Excellent hotel that is very beautiful and well kept in heart of Tampico. They have a wonderful friendly staff and an absolutely amazing restaurant.
I really don't agree with the three-star rating, it should be 5 stars!

Beautiful hotel. The gardens are beautiful and quiet. The poolside service is great and the food is excellent. Housekeeping does a wonderful job, the towels are big and fluffy, the beds are comfortable. The coffee shop at the front is a great addition.

Eat here a lot since everything shut down in Tampico. Food is pretty good, wait staff is great. The calamari is very good, snapper loin is hit or miss on the sauce. Food quality fluctuates from good to great, guess it depends on what cook is working.

Tried the breakfast buffet. The service was excellent (thank you Lupita) but not much variety in regards to fresh fruit, yogurt or juices. Pleasant atmosphere and the cheese empanadas from the bakery section are a must try ????.

Comfortable upper tier hotel in Tampico. Clean, well staffed and multilingual. Large pool and patio area. Buffet breakfast for a fee. Good air conditioning. Caters to a mix of international business travelers and some locals.

Is not really a five ???? hotel, may be four is the correct.
The rooms so clean but not have refrigerator or microwave not have space enough. The cost is very expensive. In the future I will choice other options. For ex Hotel Posada De Tampico is the same rooms more cheap same service.
