The room was very good. It had very minor issues, like the shower spilling water from the bottom. Be careful not to slip in the bathroom.
That being said, the AC, the security (in both the rooms and elevators), and especially the beds were amazing. After eight hours in the bus, sleeping here was revitalizing.

Warning: the free breakfast is as simple in taste as you would expect but does offer options.

Pro tip: wake up early for both the cleaning service and getting to the breakfast buffet.

Spent 12 days in this hotel along with two of my other buddies, and even with that long of a stay, I could say that it was really worth while. The staff are super friendly, helpful and accomodating, you'll never feel out of place. The hotel facilities are beautiful and always clean. The rooms are nice and really comfortable you almost feel at home and the staff always make sure it's always clean and asks you what you need for your stay to be really relaxing. I really recommend this place if you're looking for nice place to stay in Tampico. Really thankful and greatful to the staff for making us feel extremely at home.

Staying in a room on the top floor of this hotel now, there is a constant motor humming noise even with all light and aircon off.

Looks and smells like new and starting November 1st will have restaurant and room service instead the regular American buffet for all already familiar.

Safety is actually good in here, not only with the sprinklers but with extinguisher and alarmed emergency exit doors.

Security? You betcha! 24/7 guard that also is backed up with another guard from the mini mall where the hotel is. CCTV camera at entrance, public areas and inside emergency stairs and elevators.

Decoration is minimalist but conceptualist, very handy and useful for simply staying. You can see the pictures.

Gym, a swimming reel, computer area. That's it.

Did I mention sales team is the best? Ask for Andrea or Silvia Escobar.

I have spent a full week in this hotel. The staff is friendly, room is clean and comfortable. The food is low quality for the price and service is very slow.

Very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was includes with our stay and you could get breakfast specially made but I believe there were certain hours for it so by the time we went down for breakfast we couldn’t get ours specially made but there was still a variety of food options. Our hotel room was really nice and clean, the only thing I would have wanted differently in our room was that the restroom had no actual door, it was a glass shower type of door so the privacy wasn’t the best but overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was good. Would for sure stay here again if we were in need of a reliable hotel.

First time visiting Tampico and this hotel. I only stayed for one night because of work but I must say that the staff was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

The room was a good size and spacious, bed was comfortable, a work desk and a small sofa.

The next morning I went to the breakfast area where they had a basic buffet style breakfast, no complaints here.

It would not be my first choice if I return to Tampico but if you are traveling on a budget is a good option to consider. Close to the airport and good restaurant options walking distance.
