The hotel was very nice. It was located close to my point of business, which made my drive to work every morning very easy. There was a restaurant attached to the property, I did not use the restaurant, but in case I needed something to drink it was nice to know I could go there anytime. They offered a great breakfast. Nutritional stuff, like fruit and vegitables. I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. I did not use the dinner offer, but it was also included in the stay. Good price, nice hotel and very friendly staff.

Excellent service from the employees of Staybridge Suites Queretaro, an IHG Hotel, Ihad to run and get a room to this hotel after Ramada Encore by Wyndham in Queretaro denied me the right to get a room with my 2 pets “ two yorkies”

The shuttle service is great! Shuttle driver is polite and professional. Arranged pickup/dropoff ride never with issues.
I can even arrange a travel required covid test at hotel. Will stay at this hotel again in future visit

It was a great stay, even tough the reservation had a problem with the reserved price, the hotel manager fixed it. The hotel has a great bar right on the side so we arrived to the hotel and jumped to it right away for some drinks, food and relaxation after the trip.

I stayed here for almost 6 months on a working trip. I found the amenities, staff, food and room absolutely fantastic. I do not have a bad word to say about the place at all. The staff go out of their way to help you and the place has a brilliant location. 10 minute walk either way out of the hotel takes you to shopping facilities. Free bus rides to anywhere within a reasonable distance. Free breakfast and dinner Monday to Thursday with complimentary alcohol with dinner.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my air conditioning and the staff handled it promptly. They were professional and efficient at getting it resolved. The kitchenette was well stocked with anything you could need. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Good business class hotel, stratically located and pet friendly. The breakfast buffet is OK although food selection is limited.
