A small restaurant with only high quality vegan food and well priced. Tried the hamburger and baguette Vistec and both were very good. In the restaurant there are quite some self drawn pro vegan and anti-meat eating drawings, that sometimes feel a bit aggressive. You're already in a vegan restaurant, so you don't need more images that tell you not to eat meat. It doesn't help for a better atmosphere, for me. It's also possible to buy ingredients separately like the Vistec or Chroizo sausages, which I tried at home and are also great.

Wonderful food and attentive, genuine service. I love the art too! I was also happy to get to buy some of their delicious vegan meats to take home when we were leaving.

I ate 5 different options of the menu and all of them were just delicious! A must try if you're in town (even if you're not vegan)

Small place that seems to be a father and son spot. Very good prices, pretty fast service, and smallish servings. The house-made meat substitutes are great. I especially liked the “vistek” (beef) and the sausage-style chorizo in my choripán. Perfect for a small meal and quietly just super good.

I really like this place; it’s my favorite vegan restaurant in Querétaro so far. The people at Poderosa are also really friendly and nice. My favorite things there are the gringa and cupcakes.
