Great hotel - highly recommended. Reasonable pricing. Service awesome throughout. Nice restaurant. Beautiful lobby. I loved the pool with my kids - warm water. Impeccable gardens. Secure indoor parking too. Nice room with perfect shower and soaps. I’ll be back soon!!

An older hotel with all the classiness that one expects from a five star hotel. This hotel exudes quality from the moment you enter the foyer. The buffet was delicious. I have been various times during the week and been impressed with this hotel. It has an elegance and quality not frequently seen. The staff were polite and helpful and very efficient. Today being Sunday, the buffet was even more impressive with typically Mexican dishes such as carnitas being cooked and served outside on the terrace. Live music was the perfect touch. Everything was just outstanding. Today we invited a guest who has not been to the hotel before. She was very impressed. The food and service plus the very beautiful gardens full of flowering shrubs around the pool area provided a delightful Sunday Brunch experience....(On another note....I previously had the opportunity to visit and view the accommodations. Just beautiful. Every room is perfect. If you get the chance to stay in their Presidential Suite it is stunning.) Congratulations to management and staff.

The Pool was only good for Kids but very dirty!
Breakfast includes only Bread, Jam, Fruits or Juice, Coffea and Eggs. For 50 Pesos more you can have the full Buffet. It's worth it!
Located close to a big Mall

A good option to have breakfast with family, friends in a family atmosphere, the service took a little but it is definitely a clean or safe place, the food is simple but very good for the cost of buffet. I like this place for breakfast, I recommend it.

Can’t complain. Actually pretty nice hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, good restaurant and great location. Add all this plus the cost and it’s a great value. I recommend.
