There are plenty of bigger and promising-looking cafes on Blvrd Hacienda del Jacal, but in my opinion it's worth walking the few blocks to get to Pietca: friendly staff, great coffee and, albeit not the widest range, fresh and tasty food on offer (the toasted sandwiches are excellent). This place became my regular coffee stop.

Still as awesome as the first time I went.

Good quality ingredients, good process and even greater outcome, they have most of the specialty extraction methods, my favorites are Cold brew and Siphon. Sandwiches are a good option, they usually have some desserts.

We stopped here because we were terribly disappointed by the lunch we had in a nearby restaurant. We just had a coconut frappe and avocado toast but the care they took with preparing and presenting it was greatly appreciated. I will try one of their sandwiches next time.

Small quiet place to have a coffee. Prices are about the same as Starbucks
