It was the worst hotel I have ever been. The carpet on first room they gave us was really nasty, full of trash and even hair. We requested another room, and they offered us to check out two other rooms. We went ahead and decided to give them a chance, and one of them the bathroom was really dirty too and the second one was a little cleaner than the previous one. After a careful inspection and seeing some spider nets in the ceiling we decided to stay because it was late and we were tired. As soon as we lifted the bedsheets, we found some ticks. We left the room immediately and requested a refund. Please do not stay there. I do not understand why there are some good reviews online. There are brand new hotels close by that are almost the same price. Worst hotel ever.

Maintenance man, Martin is great. A real good guy and the bright spot of the place. The property is just old and tired and needs updating badly. I stay there because the price is right and it's near the people I'm visiting. But, they treat you like a criminal. $350 US hold on the credit card, then they have someone go inspect the room before you check out. No hot water three mornings in a row. Toilet runs. Had to open it up and make an adjustment to the flapper so I could sleep. A few months ago a friend got lipstick on a towel. They charged me for the towel. Like 5 or 6 bucks only. But this towel would have been pulled out of service and used as a rag a few years ago in a better establishment. Gotta consider the price. If you need less than $50ish a night it will do. But its just the way they treat you at the desk that is off-putting.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious.
But the Tv is old-fashioned, and sometime it takes a minute to get the hot water .
The cleanliness of the room is acceptable.

Quiet clean and has some of the most beautiful sunsets available to see from huge bedroom windows. Eloquent building structure in hallway and bedrooms.

The experience in the hotel was excellent. The treatment by the employees was excellent, they are friendly and focused on they work. The way the guests have to use the key card is succesful because they need it to open the main dolor and turn on the lights. So, while they are inside the room they shouldn't lose the key card because it is in a specific place and it is excellent. The room was in perfect condition to feel comfortable. It was clean and organizated. Aside, the sound of the air aconditioner isn't annoying, the electric device like tv are old, and WiFi signal was kind of low but it works ok. The food is good. In conclusión, the price of the hotel is good according to the services provided and the confortable it feels.

My room (318) is nearby to the system for heat the water so was noisy but a soon as I call reception they change us to the room 310 so my boy could sleep. The pool can be cold. Has lift and the rooms are so big. No bell boy available. Depends on the traffic is 10 to 20 minutes to the tourist attractions.

The room per se was quite nice. A big comfy bed and enough space. The restaurant had good enough--not great-- food.
