Worst experience ever. On January 4th at 9:28PM I called to order a pizza and to have it delivered to my hotel room. I was told by edgar that I would receive it in 1 hour because it was a far drive which was a lie because according to my phones GPS it was only 6 minutes. It was 10:30PM and I still haven't received my pizza so I called papa johns and Edgar told me that the delivery driver should be there shortly and I was told he should arrive any minute. At 11:00 PM papa John's had closed and I still had not received my pizza. So I gave up calling since they closed. Then at 11:20 PM I get a knock at my door from the delivery driver and he gave me a cold box and in that cold box was my pizza. I did not want it because It was cold and I was more upset that he tried to tell me that he didn't know it was cold and I had our security man touch the box and he said that it was definitely cold. I'm very upset at papa John's and there services. I will never order from them again.
