It seems like this is not really an Olive Garden restaurant, only similar to the ones in the US, salad is not fresh and dressing has not the same flavor, soup was cold, and pasta was different as the one in the menu. Service is really bad and low. Even to get the bill takes a long period of time.

Pasta had no taste, really expensive for what it was. After 2 months in Mexico, by far the worst meal i had. Really hard to imagine why anyone would go here.

I hadn't been in one since I moved from the states, which is many moons ago. And it is still as good as I remember back then when I was a regular customer.

The food was below average, especially the margarita pizza - seems something wrong with the cheese. The lemonade tasted like water. Service was slow and had to spend 5 minutes looking for the waiter to get the bill as our baby wanted to leave. The worst part was the waiter pressuring us to leave a tip for an amount that was not deserved. What is the point of a tip after all? If they want they should put a service charge in the bill. What a horrible experience - especially our last meal of the year. This is our only negative experience dining in Queretaro after being here a few months.

Stunning outdoor views and good sangria-type drinks start at 75 pesos. OG is noted for "illimitados" unlimited soups and/or salad - here from 75 p - both are129 p. Any entree also comes w one unlimited. As we were about to move inside due to TV volume, the waitress obligingly muted the TV and turned up the George Cohen songs. If you choose an entre, stick to the pastas and/chicken and ask if it is "Pica?" There WILL be heat. "No mucho" means hotter than you would think. Do skip the steak and be prepared for quite a jaunt to one of the center's own restrooms. We'll return for the view and illimitados soups and salad for sure!

Nice place, a little crowded. Service is regular. Food is tasty. What I love the most is unlimited amounts for salads, soups and soft drinks.
If you are looking for Italian food, this is a good choice.
It's not cheap at all, tho.
