Excellent location, good house keeping and breakfast. Messy Reception service and unfriendly staff. I stay for 6 nights, suite had good area, furniture shows signs of wear.

Clean, great views of Queretaro. Location is prime with the mall right next to the hotel

Omg beautiful hotel!! Great service and lots of Covid precautions!! I loved the hotel and enjoyed it lots! Also I had a pool and gym on the roof!!
It wouldn’t let me upload a video so this are screenshots from it!!
I recommend it to everyone who is visiting Queretaro for business or travel!!

+ not too far from city centre, next to Puerta la Victoria shopping mall
+ big rooms
+ very friendly staff
+ good internet
- hooks in the room would be nice
- bathroom looks a bit empty
- a normal shower, besides the rain shower would be good
- better toilet paper quality preferred
- carpet in the gangway should be more often cleaned
- tiles in the room shall be also cleaned (not just in the bathroom)
- slow elevator, no possibility to go easily from Lobby floor to Ground floor

Horrible experience, I was notified that the room we reserved was not available only minutes before our check-in so we had to find alternative accommodation, then when trying to get a refund they refused

Great location and even better views. My wife said the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again!
