Las habitaciones están muy lindas, pero el servicio en recepción es pésimo, increíble q el camarista de mejor los informes, el agua para bañarse está fría y no hay manera de comunicarse del cuarto a recepción ya q no sirven los teléfonos no hay botones q lleven el equipaje a cuartos y uno tiene q cargar las maletas por unas escaleras altísimas y tampoco dicen como poner el cable en la TV y se tiene uno q conformar con oír música, durante toda mi estancia con los únicos q tuve contacto fue con los dos camaristas q son muy amables, el joven q se encuentra en la recepción en la tarde es déspota y grosero, es una lastima q un hotel tan bonito tenga tan mal servicio siendo uno de los más caros del centro histórico.
Fui el fin de semana del 15 de septiembre y realmente no fue grato mi hospedaje en esté hotel.
No sé los recomiendo y si puse dos estrellas es por las instalaciones y los cuartos q son realmente lindos.
