Having lived in England and travel to Scotland I have had a chance to try a variety of fish and chips. It has been almost 20 years since I've had a decent set of fish and chips in North America.
I can honestly say the wait is over, Kenny's Fish and Chips are some of the best I have tried on the planet. I do not say this lightly, for I have tried a lot of fish and chips, many bad.

Part of the secret is the passion that Kenny himself puts into his cooking, and the custom designed fish frying fryer which assures that the fish and chips are cooked at the proper temperature, where they DO NOT come out oily, dry, or soggy.
Kenny also has an incredible dipping sauce, a recipe of his creation, that goes perfectly with both the fish and chips.
