Great hostel. Very, very clean! The prices are excellent and they're very flexible with the dates (in case you need changes). It's the best hostel around ''El Centro''. Everything is walkable distance, 10 min to the cathedral and other important places.
The personnel is very nice and helpful.
In case you want to grab something to eat there's a restaurant inside the hostel and their prices are amazing.

Be careful with the staff on reception, they are very sneaky. We called up 1 hour before arriving and the male staff quoted 580mxn/night for a room. When we arrived the girl on reception said they had no basic rooms left and we had to upgrade to bigger room but the room was only 600mxn/night (20mxn more). The guy from the phone was there and backed her up. We argued and he said it wasn't him on the phone but someone had booked a room in past hour which is the reason it's not available. After taking our details for 15 minutes and asking us to pay he then said 680mxn/night. We were very angry and about to go to another hostel and then he said a basic room for the original 580mxn price was actually available. Afterwards he apologises and said he now remembers the phone call and that 3 people booked rooms and he got confused. All lies to just try make us upgrade to a more expensive room for no reason. Also the pillows were the most uncomfortable pillow ive ever slept on in my life. And when going out in the evening they force you to leave your key with them for no reason, didn't make us feel secure at all about our belongings in the room whilst we were outside. 1 star for the hostel being in a great location.

It's a Nice place. Good price, confortable, quiet. You can Reserve online by booking. Have a lot of activities in family and they can use their bicycles free. What a great place.

Ok hotel. The room was clean, the only issue was it had a door to the courtyard which was accessible from the street and did not feel very safe.

Really nice and quiet place, near to the main street of the center of queretaro. They have a ping pong table. Hot water and TV on the roon

There was a ping pong table which was really fun. The room was cozy and the wifi signal was excellent

Great place to stay in Querétaro!! CLEAN, CHEAP u0026 COMFORTABLE. Always very kind!!
