After staying many times with pets they no decide without warning after paying for room they will not accept pets.. and they don't want to refund rooms paid for...mark this hotel of where NOT to stay in queretaro..fyi no A.C

The place is comfortable even though rooms are a little bit small and hot. The place has a very comfy terrace in the roof were you can chill and enjoy the view of the city

Nice place with a colonial vibe like much of Queretaro. Just needs polishing of the details to become a great place to stay. Close to many of the sights of Queretaro. The staff is friendly and helpful, making adjustments to the included breakfast to accommodate our dietary requirements.

Very kind and professional service from the staff. Room's OK, clean and neat. However the hallways are a bit small, so it gets noisy sometimes.

Nice place, good location to walk around downtown, fair price. It doesn't have parking, but there is an arrangement with a nearby parking lot.

Broken sheets, no mini bar and tiny room
