Location is perfect, close to centro historic. Pool not available all the time. Receptionist and other employees seems to have different information about the pool ability. Breakfast is very good.

Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, comfortable bed the only problem with the rooms is the very unpleasant sewer smell coming out of the wash bowl and shower. Very friendly staff. Restaurant staff can't speak english.

Nice quiet position opposite the Alameda, had a room with balcony overlooking the trees. Badly designed bathroom with a tiny space for the toilet and the washbasin in the bedroom. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order

Hotel is very accommodating. It's close to every thing- valet u0026 front desk very professional. However the rain for Oct 2, 2021 was not accommodating. THIS IS A FLOOD ZONE. Don't stay here if there are chances of rain or you'll be sorry. Not hotels fault, the city of Queretaro needs to take care of this problem or will be losing business.

Excellent location and beautiful lobby. Valet parking was easy and quick. Breakfast was delicious

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. I enjoy staying here. Clean a spacious rooms. Service is good and breakfast included. It has it all.

Super friendly and generous staff. Attention is great. Location is very convenient. You are walking distance from major sightseeing places in downtown. Surroundings are a bit noisy because the hotel is located on a main avenue.
