The great prices drew me to this hotel. After checking in and spending a few minutes in the room, I realized it had a really strong smell of fumigation, the kind of fumigation they would used to treat bedbugs. I did not find any bedbugs in my bed, but the smell was too much to bear, so I went to the front desk to check out and try to get a refund. The front desk representative was very drunk and was stumbling around unable to really be of much assistance. He told me I would have to speak with booking about getting a refund. He refused to give me the contact info of a manager.
