Very nice central and well located hotel when you get a good price. Friendly and attentive staff. Amazing views from the room. Bed is good but pillows where uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, bit expensive. Has parking underground with friendly staff. Restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly.

Good accommodations for a one night layover for an early flight from QRO. Good lobby restaurant and staff arranged for our early airport taxi.

Good hotel for the night, not sure if I would stay for long stays because it does not have fridge and microwave oven.

Location is great, but we got a bed that was stiff. The elevator was not working and the shower was a bit tight. Proximity to the street will most likely make it a bit noisy if you sleep light, may not be a good idea.

Do not recommend if you want too sleep beds hard as a rock think floor would have been softer. Did have hot water and was clean and thus the 2 star

Excellent place to stay, super clean and wonderful customer service, the breakfast buffet is the best and Mr. Felipe is the bestest of all the waitresses in this town, he walks the extra 10 miles to make you feel welcome and important, he is awesome. Also we really appreciate that the administrators of the hotel are constantly checking that everything is alright. We also appreciate that it looks like they treat their employees with respect, that creates a wonderful atmosphere in this place, their employees are always in a good mood to give the best service. We recommend this place.
