They don't have a/c in the rooms. Don't have towels in the rooms. They have signs that say not to make noise, but guests are very loud at night. The mattresses are very hard. The only good thing I can say about this place is they have good prices and it is a clean and well kept place.

It was good experience. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, then this is the place. The price is really cheap compare to other hotels in the area. It lacks of some services, such as water during dawn, and a parking lot. They give you some solutions to this issues, though. I think if you are a young person is a good place, however if you are looking for a full-night's sleep then it would be a good idea to look for another place.

WiFi not strong. Door has bad soundproofing and others living here are loud at all hours, you will need earplugs to sleep. Room smelled bad and no hooks or shelves in bathroom to store items. Shower is badly designed with a high hanging curtain so water sprays out of shower into whole bathroom. Takes a while for the hot water to come out. Only good thing is friendly staff and comfy bed.

This place should not call itself a hotel. Even a prison cell has more commodities.
I’ve stayed in hostels with a better standard.
There’s neither a hair dryer in the bathroom, but even if there were one, there’s no power outlet, nor a shelf to put one’s toiletries. No coat hanger to hang your coat.
Bathroom is very smelly and the toilet doesn’t flush properly.
This is a rip off despite the cheap rates.

The location is amazing you are right in the heart of Queretaro. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a little small but that's fine with me. Hotel looks better in person then in the pictures. If you're only here for a few days its a perfect place. Also the the Wi-Fi is fast compared to other places I've stayed

Great service, confortable and it's perfect if you're just going to sleep. They also have a variety of trips for tourists in the reception area at a very good price.
